Originally from Australia, James has lived in Hong Kong since 2008, embracing everything from the city’s iconic skyline to its mountains and beaches.

His commitment to the neurodiverse community is deeply personal; his family’s involvement dates back to 1953, when his great-grandmother co-founded a kindergarten for children with Down syndrome. James first connected with Love21 in 2020 while leading disability advocacy at Bloomberg where he pushed for Love21 to be approved as a partner charity. He is excited to bring that same passion to the board.

Professionally, James is a data scientist focusing on financial data, holding a Bachelor of Finance from Bond University and a Master of Computer Science from HKU. He looks forward to leveraging his professional expertise and family legacy to support Love21’s continued growth and impact.
