Eleni, originally from Greece, has lived in Asia since 2013. Her career has been dedicated to developing people in various capacities, driven by a deep commitment to fostering inclusive communities. She has over 25 years of volunteer experience in mental health, homelessness, and supporting minority groups.

Eleni has championed diversity and inclusion initiatives across Mainland China and Hong Kong SAR, both as a formal part of her HR career and as a personal passion. She began her journey in education, certifying in special needs education, and remains a firm believer in the nonprofit sector’s power to create equal opportunities for those in need.

Eleni holds a Master’s in Teaching from the University of Reading, an Associate Diploma in HR from the CIPD, and is a certified coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation. As an L&D professional, she is a passionate advocate for lifelong learning, holding certifications in talent management, wine, and mountain climbing and is now working towards her second Master’s this time in HR.
