Young-Sook Stewart 姜英淑 （她）

Young-Sook brings over two decades of experience in strategic human resources, executive coaching, and organizational development to the Love21 Foundation board. As a senior leadership consultant advising organizations across the Asia-Pacific region, Young-Sook specializes in building workplace cultures rooted in psychological safety, inclusivity, and a deep culture of care.

Driven by a belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential, she leverages her expertise in people strategy to support Love21’s mission of empowering the Down syndrome and autistic communities in Hong Kong. Outside of her professional advisory work, she is dedicated to helping the foundation scale its impact sustainably while nurturing a supportive ecosystem for its team, families, and the wider community.
