Raymond is a seasoned financial executive with nearly 30 years of leadership experience in digital wealth, pension, and asset management at Manulife, Value Partners, BlackRock, and Merrill Lynch. Alongside his professional career, he is dedicated to contributing his governance and financial expertise to support community and social impact initiatives. He currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director and committee chair at BCT Group, and as a Board Advisor to Agewhale, a social enterprise supporting caregivers.

Passionate about community impact, Raymond actively mentors and guest lectures at HKU, HKUST, PolyU, and CityUHK, helping students navigate an increasingly AI-driven job market. He is committed to advancing inclusion through his support of Love 21’s work. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing sports and spending time with his family and their rescue dog, Snowy.
